How does it work?
1. Create an account – Using our secure site you provide brief information about yourself including payment details to facilitate payment for failure to attend one or more sessions without prior 24 hours notice of cancellation. The penalty charge for late cancellation is $90 per session and 100% ($180) for no shows per “no notice scheduled session not attended”.
2. Select one or more sessions that works best for you – We have slots in the evenings on Mondays to Fridays and during the day on Saturdays and Sundays
3. Attend your conversation session. If unable to attend, phone or email to cancel 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid the penalty charge. Which is late cancellation is $90 per session and 100% ($180) for no shows per “no notice scheduled session not attended”. A session is 60 minutes long.
4. Your Conversation Session – For some people one 60 minute session that is solutions focused is all that they need. We are open to seeing you for more than one session and explore other supports that you may need during your session.
